Dermal Fillers

For Dermal filler we use the latest non permanent facial filler, Juvéderm®.

Dermal Fillers for Aging : Aging is natural phenomenon . Our cells begin to renew themselves at a slower rate. For our skin this means less collagen and hyaluronic acid to support and fill out the layers of the skin. The underlying tissues that keep our skin looking youthful and firm begin to break down due to the effects of the environment, pollution, smoking, sun exposure, diet, genetic factors, gravity, stress and years of repetitive facial movement. Over time all these factors contribute to the development of lines, wrinkles, and folds in the face.

The 3 D’s of Aging:

  • deterioration – fine lines, wrinkles and texture change
  • descent -sagging
  • deflation – loss of volume

Injectable fillers are one of the most popular facial rejuvenation techniques. Fillers add volume for a more natural youthful appearance.

Use:

  • Filling lines and wrinkles
  • Used to fill in nasolabial folds marionette lines
  • Sculpt and volumize cheeks
  • Chin and jaw line-contouring
  • Lip augmentation
  • Perioral rhytids (lines around the mouth)

Juvederm lips

Mezzmerize uses the  impressive line of Juvéderm® non-permanent dermal fillers, from Allergan, the makers of Cosmetic Botox®.

Each filler has its benefits and will be discussed with you at consultation.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural, complex sugar found in all living cells and is an important component of the skin.

HA’s like Juvéderm® have immediate filling, lifting and volumizing effects. Each molecule can hold up to 1000x its weight in water, which in turn hydrates your skin and increases its volume and density.

Allergan (Juvéderm®) ensures absolute product quality and safety far beyond standards required by legislation.

Results are immediate and natural. Skin remains smooth and supple. In order to maintain the results, additional visits will be required. Cumulative effects of multiple sessions produce an optimal result and less of the product will most likely be necessary.

Cost: Since each patient is unique each treatment plan is individualized a quote will be given during your consultation.

Longevity: depends on area being injected. Typically one year.

Treatment requires minimal downtime. Most people return to their normal routines immediately.

Injection are not advised if you are pregnant; breastfeeding; people with known hypersensitivity to HA’S; those with autoimmune disease or other diseases affecting the immune system.
